The attention to detail was really good. I stayed four nights and never found anything amiss. Linens were white and clean, the bathroom super clean, and even mirrors shone. Housekeeping left a flower bouquet and a note. The location is perfect, the hotel elegant, and the service perfect. Staff are always smiling and willing to help.

The spa was small and access required walking outside. This was a very slight inconvenience.

the room had a spacious layout and a very nicely fitted out bathroom (i liked it a lot).

the service at breakfast felt very unorganized. the buffet seemed too small for the number of guests, so i waited a long time for food. the staff seemed poorly trained, and my coffee arrived very late. i think the management should train their staff.

the hotel has a tram nearby providing easy access to the marina. the pools looked refreshing and the beach access was gorgeous. i ate at olives and trésind, the hotel restaurants, and the meals were delicious (the buffet breakfast was great!).

The room provided picturesque balcony views, a spacious layout, and a well-appointed bathroom. amenities were carefully considered. I appreciated the attention to detail. i enjoyed the rotisserie buffet breakfast and the option to dine at other resort hotels. plentiful activities include pool tables, table tennis, a private beach entrance, and a state-of-the-art pool area. towels and water were provided free at the beach and pool.

i noticed limited vegan options, and some items listed on the menu were unavailable or poorly prepared.

The rotisserie buffet breakfast impressed me with its quality, and i found the variety amazing. I liked i had the option to dine at other hotels within the resort. the eauzone restaurant served excellent dishes. The staff worked to ensure every meal felt special.

The hotel provides pool tables, table tennis, a private entrance to the beach, and a state-of-the-art pool area. i benefited from free aquaventure park tickets for day access. I highly recommend getting an aqua express pass internally to jump queues.
